Guarantee Reservation:
You must complete a contract to confirm your reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card, as describe in payment options.


Deposit and Payments
A deposit of half is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of arrival.


Check-in Procedure:
Check-in time is at 12 noon. It is extremely imperative that you provide us with your flight arrival time, flight departure, airline, flight number so that your pick up is smooth.


Check-out Procedure:
Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Once check-out time has been completed our staff will not be available to further assist you. Your personal items must be packed and cleared from the room so that our staff can begin cleaning and preparing for the next guest.
